A total of 30 delegates attended the pre-ASSA Board Meeting Seminar and the 9th ASSA Board Meeting. The delegates were from the nine member institutions of seven ASEAN countries. The theme of the pre-ASSA Board Meeting Seminar was “Investment of Social Security Funds - Opportunities and Challenges in the New Economy”. At the 9th ASSA Board Meeting, “Good Practices” articles based on the theme of “Customer-focused Service Delivery” were presented by the various member institutions.
